1. Our History

   Founded in 2008, Baoji Shengyuan Metal Material Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred as SYMT) specializes in manufacturing tungsten product, molybdenum product, tantalum and niobium products. Tungsten crucible, molybdenum sheet, tungsten sheet, tungsten rod, tungsten target, molybdenum target, tungsten copper alloy, tungsten heavy alloy, tantalum plate, tantalum target, niobium rod, etc., are our company's main products. They are often utilized in sapphire growth furnaces, high-temperature furnace, medical shielding, semiconductor field, PVD (physical vapor deposition) equipment, oil wire logging field and other fields.

   SYMT owns a highly-qualified technical team which has solid theoretical guidance and extremely rich experience in the aspects of powder metallurgy, press processing and shape processing. In addition, an energetic technical team with appropriate ages is full of powerful creative spirits and exploratory capabilities. Our technical team can provide samples or design tungsten product, molybdenum product, and tantalum and niobium products according to different requirements of customers. Undoubtedly, different products have different delivery cycles.

Tungsten serious: tungsten plate/sheet/foil, tungsten bar/rod, tungsten tube/pipe, tungsten crucible, tungsten wire, tungsten boat and some other deep processing parts.

Molybdenum serious: Molybdenum plate/sheet/foil, Molybdenum bar/rod, Molybdenum tube/pipe, Molybdenum crucible, Molybdenum wire, Molybdenum boat and some other deep processing parts.

Tantalum serious: tantalum plate/sheet/foil, tantalum bar/rod, tantalum tube/pipe, tantalum crucible, tantalum wire, tantalum boat and some other deep processing parts.

4. Product Application

   Tungsten plate mainly used in manufacturing electric light source and electric vacuum parts,

boats,heat shield and heat bodies in high temperature furnace , Medical diagnosis and treatment equipment ;as a means of high temperature heating elementand and high temperature structure parts;

to product tungsten spiral for vacuum evaporation and making tungsten sputtering target.

  Molybdenum sheet is widely used in reflection shield, cover plate applied in the sapphire growth furnace, reflection shield heating tape, connecting pieces applied in vacuum furnace, sputtering target applied in plasma coating film, and high temperature resistance boat.
When temperature is beyond 1200 degree centigrade, pure molybdenum will completely recrystallizate quickly. To improve the property, engineers added other elements to molybdenum to increase the recrystallization temperature. Studies suggested that the complete recrystallization temperature of molybdenum with doped chemical reached 1800 degree centigrade.
